Niki Young, owner and manager of Green Earth, has extensive training and wide experience in health and nutrition.

Her credential include:

• B.S. Dietetics and Nutrition (4 year program)
• C.N. (Certified Nutritionist) (2 year program)

• Two years additional study completed with herbalists: Tieraona Low Dog, M.D. and Paul Bergner (founder of North American Institute of Medical Herbalism)

• Five years extensive experience in the health food and herbal supplement field before taking over Green Earth.

• Member of: NANP (National Association of Nutrition Professionals), American Herbalist’s Guild, American Botanical Council.

Center of Learning

We offer a wide variety of workshops here at Green Earth. Watch the newsletter (or stop in) for current offerings. Past workshops have included such diverse subjects as feng shui, indoor seed-starting, corrective exercise, cholesterol concerns, fermented foods, and aromatherapy. Workshops are conducted by local experts. We also host an informal herb discussion group.Call for details.
